Responsibilities:
- Assist in project documentation and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and organization of project files
- Coordinate project scheduling and team communications to facilitate efficient project execution
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to prepare budget reports and monitor project expenses
- Support risk management efforts by assisting in safety compliance and monitoring potential risks
- Manage contract administration and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Contribute to quality control by conducting site inspections and assisting in resolving quality issues
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for effective communication with stakeholders
- Integrate technology, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), into project administration
- Implement sustainability initiatives and green building practices in construction projects
- Manage stakeholder relationships and assist in public relations efforts related to construction projects
- Develop contingency plans and assist in crisis management during unforeseen challenges
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and assist in implementing process enhancements
