- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of IT projects.
- Provide support for D365 issues, including training when necessary.
- Manage IT projects from technological analysis to implementation, administration, and maintenance.
- Produce project documentation, user manuals, and provide training to project stakeholders.
- Travel regionally as needed for project-related activities.
- Actively participate in the development of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, including hazard and incident identification, risk assessments, and control determination.
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies, objectives, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with D365 support is advantageous, with training provided.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Proficient writing skills in English for reporting purposes.
- Proficiency in reading Chinese and speaking Mandarin for communication with colleagues in China.
- Required to have minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
