Requirements :
- at least 2 years of working experience in facility maintenance, project management environment
- Tech savvy due to requirement to usage of company's proprietary productivity app
- Minimum "O" Levels education
- Willing to work overtime
- Islandwide locations
- Work on weekends & Public Holidays
- Good communication skills, fluency in any dialects will be an advantage
- Class 3 license would be a plus
- Able to work under pressure
- Committed and service-oriented team player
- 24/7 Response to emergency (Compulsory requisite)
Responsibilites :
- To respond on emergency (standby 24/7 calls ) attend project sites while on duty and off duty
- To teach facility/cleaning team on use of company's productivity app
- To communicate assigned facility/cleaning duties
- To ensure teams adhere to safety measures during operations
- To supervise, coordinate and manage work activities of staff
- To assist the cleaning staff in resolving working issues with clients.
- To implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
- To attend site meetings with operation team
- To assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites
- To perform other ad hoc as assigned
