SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for developing strategies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring country performance, identifying trends and potential issues for the business. You will lead and/or participate in transformation projects where you will be working closely with various stakeholders in Head Office (HO), Regional Office (RO) and Agencies in change management. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Process Excellence Team to ensure processes are aligned across Agency Network in Asia Pacific (APAC).
To perform well in this role, you should possess strong analytical mind, a proactive mindset, good knowledge in project and change management and process improvement skills. We are looking for someone who possess great communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES:
Your main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Contributing, defining, leading, and implementing business projects related to shipping business process areas.
- Identify country-specific initiatives to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment for APAC Countries; Implement these initiatives jointly with relevant key stakeholders as required.
- Propose new ideas, lead continuous improvement projects, and coordinate Key Initiatives across departments.
- Review Group’s Objectives and Policies to identify and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, service quality and ensure alignment.
- Provide support to HO and/or RO Global Experience Network (GEN) for project deployment and change management.
- Collaborate with HO GEN Department, other functional Departments and Agency Network to implement processes complementing end to end process efficiency.
- Collaborate with Senior leadership teams proactively to identify and deliver improvement that is in line with Group’s vision, values, and strategic plan.
As a part of the team, you will be asked to contribute actively to:
- Create values for CMA-CGM Group through the deployment of Corporate Strategic Projects, Tools and Process Projects
- Reduce costs, optimize our organizations and Agencies
- Support HO, RO, and Agency Network by:
- Evaluating APAC agency’s request of changing Group Applications
- Supporting APAC agencies on business process, procedures and reduce deviations.
- Supporting HO / RO for deployment of Group Applications.
- Strengthening Business Excellence & Quality Process network
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Maritime studies, Logistics or Supply chain related would be advantageous.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in project management and/or business process improvement
- Prior experience working in shipping industry would be a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office suite i.e., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
