Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders, such as clients, partners, suppliers and town councils. You will act as the main point of contact between our organization and the external parties, facilitating communication and coordination among them. You will also monitor and report on the progress and performance of projects and contracts, identify and resolve any issues or risks, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, budgets, timelines, and expectations with external parties.
- Coordinate and manage various projects and contracts involving multiple parties and deliverables.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of projects and contracts.
- Identify and mitigate any issues or risks that may arise during the project implementation.
- Handle day to day Operational & Maintenance activities
- Control budget spending and review various way to do cost reduction on OPEX
- Review and implement Permit to Work system.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in business administration, civil or related field
- At leasy 5 years of working experiences in similar roles
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
- Skilled in negotiating win-win solutions; able to handle complex situations; experienced in contract management.
- Able to plan and prioritize tasks; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines; able to work under pressure.
- With own transport preferred.
