The E-Commerce specialist will work with the E-Business & Marketing teams to drive the organizations Online Revenue targets.

Responsibilities
· Drive monthly / yearly E-commerce sales targets across all internal and 3rd party platforms.
· Prepare and upload product listings including content for various e-commerce channels.
· Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and available-to-sell.
· Support Live Sales initiatives.
· Assist with development of online marketing materials and promotions.
· Manage inventory for online channels.
· Work closely with all related HODs to fulfil E-commerce value chain objectives.
· Leverage on existing Search Engine, social media, and CRM systems to drive revenue.
· Prepare management reports for revenue, inventory, and fulfilment statistics.
· Support organizations digital initiatives & projects.
· Other organizational support duties.
Desired Skills & Experience
· Diploma in E-Commerce, E-Business, Marketing or equivalent preferred.
· 1-2 years’ experience in an equivalent role, relevant candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
· Familiarity with the following or equivalent platforms, Shopify (E-Commerce / CMS), Salesforce (CRM), Pardot (Marketing Automation), Emplifi (social media), Google SEM.
· Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
· Strong eye for online retail aesthetics and a keen sense of online customer requirements inline with current E-Commerce trends across popular platforms
· Works well under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.
· Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
