6 Months Learning and Organisational Development Manager (FMCG)
Job Duties:
- Facilitate annual Talent Review and Succession Planning
- Collaborate with Business Leaders and HR Partners for career development plans
- Implement tailored talent programs for high-potentials and future leaders
- Design and deploy career path planning initiatives
- Assist HR Director in talent strategy and development assessments
- Stay updated on L&D trends for effective training programs
- Support employee engagement campaigns and content creation
- Identify individual development goals and propose interventions
- Manage end-to-end learning and development activities
- Coordinate organisational development projects and employee engagement surveys
Job Requirements:
- University Degree, HR Management or HR Development.
- At least 7 years in a multinational organization; experience in consultancy firms preferred.
- Hands-on experience in L&D operational activities
