Job Description:
- To assist in overseeing lifts operation, equipment maintenance, repair and replacement services.
- Recommend and plan for the repair and replacement of lifts parts that are not under the schedule of rates.
- Perform fault trending analysis and monitoring of lift units.
- Schedule and arrange for investigations on chronic or problematic lift units and update on findings and action taken.
- Schedule and arrange internal team to support HDB / BCA audits.
- Conduct of Monthly toolbox meeting when required.
- Maintain documents and records of maintenance services for audit purpose.
- Attend customer / Town Councils meeting.
- Attend to Lift related breakdown / complaints when necessary.
- Support site work or site assistance required by the technician at site.
- Support department activities and coordination.
- Any adhoc duties assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Vertical Transportation discipline
- 5 years relevant experience in related Lift & Escalator industry required for Nitec certificate
- Able to work independent and in a team
- Able to communication well (Spoken and written)
- Possess a willing to learn and proactive attitude
- Certificate of Competency in Lift Maintenance for Senior Lift Specialist will be advantage (to pass within 6 months upon joining if you do not possess a CoC cert)
