We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. As part of our dynamic retail environment, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and representing our brand in a positive manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer solutions to customers' needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote a positive working environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate information to customers.
Requirements:
- ITE or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 5-10kg
