- Forecast anticipated sales, preparation of Technical proposal, costing and design for Tender Bidding stage and Execution Stage.
- As the key interface, plan, lead, coordinate, and organize tendering and post-tendering activities such as commercial and technical clarifications.
- Monitor the progress of projects and handle challenges of price, delivery, and quality.
- Engage closely with customers, capture, analyze and define their needs, and implement sales strategies and effective action plans for business growth and development.
- Willingness to attend site repairing work.
- Can drive and do simple modifications of CAD drawing or BIM model.
- Support local and overseas business.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical and engineering experience, preferably in the Water Treatment Industry.
- Good commercial knowledge, risk management, legal contracts, price negotiation, strategic sales and marketing planning.
- A team player with well-developed oral and written communication skills to work effectively across global organizations and build and maintain customer relationships.
- Understanding and acknowledging cultural differences.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
