· In charge of all L&D related matters
· Facilitating of annual talent review and succession planning exercise
· Working with senior management and HR business partners in mapping career development plans
· Coordination and following up with internal stakeholders
· Support with career path planning initiatives
· Keeping abreast of latest trends and developments related to L&D
· Employee engagement campaigns projects
· Market report and analysis
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· 6 year of experience in a similar capacity
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
