The Research Director is an integral partner for our clients, offering decision intelligence solutions that blend primary research experience, data science, strategy, and experience
to build valuable connections and by acknowledging and responding to changing business requirements. His/ her responsibilities shall include:
- Inspire new thinking, solutions adoption and cultivate client relationships.
- Addressing client business issues and work with team to create values on projects.
- Lead client discussions to ensure successful execution of research activities.
- Oversees conceptualization and development of high-quality research proposals and pursue leads with the team.
- Work with team members to actively identify and solve project management related issues before they arise.
- Guide team members and ensure the quality of all research outputs.
Job Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of integrated research/analytics experience in or adjacent to the market research sector
- Fluency in survey-based research and experience in employing different methodologies.
- Strong client relationship building and networking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning and project management skills at both a peer and management levels.
