A Day in the Life
- Provide administrative support to department
- Issue purchase orders/invoices
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders
- Handle incoming & outgoing correspondences and courier services
- Coordinate project reports, filing and updating, as required
- Handle and coordinate small shipments for the department
- Assist HOD/PMs with documentation and research for new accounts/projects
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Who We are Looking at
- Diploma/GCE Ó’/N level
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work with a flexible schedule to meet dead-lines
- Self-motivated & able to work with minimum supervision
- A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
