A Day in the Life

  • Provide administrative support to department
  • Issue purchase orders/invoices
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders
  • Handle incoming & outgoing correspondences and courier services
  • Coordinate project reports, filing and updating, as required
  • Handle and coordinate small shipments for the department
  • Assist HOD/PMs with documentation and research for new accounts/projects
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Who We are Looking at

  • Diploma/GCE Ó’/N level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to work with a flexible schedule to meet dead-lines
  • Self-motivated & able to work with minimum supervision
  • A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
