We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller. As the first point of contact for walk-in customers, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and accurate over-the-counter transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting the bank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide a welcoming and professional experience.
- Conduct over-the-counter transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, with precision and efficiency.
- Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring service delivery standards are met to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank's products and services.
- Educate and guide customers towards our digital platform for a seamless banking experience.
- Drive service excellence by actively managing customer satisfaction metrics, including customer wait time, problem resolution, and feedback/escalation/complaints.
- Identify and understand customer issues, escalating them to management when necessary in a timely fashion.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in every transaction and interaction.
- Contribute to individual and team efforts by achieving related results and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” levels
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Prior experience handling cash is advantageous
