Food Technician

Primarily responsible for Production daily job activities such as:

· Data Entry

· Production records, calculation of raw material & packaging material

· Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly production plans have enough labels, raw materials, packaging materials and other consumables.

· Having various levels of interaction with customers, vendors, visitors, and members of management

· Assist other teammates to monitor the progress of production and resolve quality and quantity issues

· Coordinate services with office/production-related vendors and service providers

· Maintenance of certifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assisting the manager to oversee all production related matters within the organisation

· Compiles and records production data for industrial to generate reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production,

· Compiles and record customer orders, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets

· Communication with customers and/or vendors, as assigned

· Order and maintain office supplies, pantry replenishment, and arrange workers’ uniform for laundry pick up.

· Liaison with third party service providers, arrange for servicing/repair, facilities repair & maintenance.

· Maintain a neat and orderly work area

· Maintain certification documents

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports, planning and managing budgets/costings

· Maintains manufacturing procedures & specifications.

· Attend to both production personnel and technical issues to ensure overall smooth production processes.

· Assist the manager to all quality issues, i.e. customer complaints, process non-conformances, non -conforming products and work out solutions with Quality Assurance Department to contain or resolve the issues.

· Work with sales team to come out with production cost and samples for new sales.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate

2. Knowledge on Halal, SFA / HACCP and ISO22000 standard requirements

3. Be decisive, committed and able to work under pressure

4. Positive

5. Possesses well-developed communication, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

6. Possesses excellent data entry skills with attention to details

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word software.

8. Responsible and able to communicate well with all stakeholders
