Job Description:
- Manage team of sales representatives.
- To train sales representatives on sales techniques and accompany new representatives on sales calls in order to mentor them.
- Supervise medical reps on the field to develop and improve selling skills.
- Build strong rapport with the key account customers and its stakeholders and ensure successful execution of sales and marketing activities in respective key accounts.
- Identify the key accounts’ potential and work with marketing to grow the sales in the key accounts.
- Plan and execute sales penetration and promotion campaigns.
- Effective management of key account customers in General Surgery, Oncology and Rare Disease.
- Drive the product listing process in key accounts and follow through every stage/process to ensure successful listing in timely manner.
- Responsible for effective promotions, planning, proposals and execution.
- Conduct CMEs, round table meetings and other activities to constantly engage the stakeholders of the key accounts.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Obtain latest market information from time to time and add value to marketing plans to gain competitive advantage.
- Identify new business opportunities and create new customers.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and create new accounts by planning and organizing daily territorial planning.
- Conduct sales presentations and prepare sales weekly & monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science-related disciplines.
- Experience in sales team management.
- Above 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly specialty care sales experience. Experience with Oncology products is an added advantage.
- A commercially acute and customer-focused individual with a solid sales track record.
- Strong negotiation and business partnering skills with ability to manage and negotiate with key decision makers in the hospitals. Experience in handling specialist and key stakeholders in both Private and Government hospitals is required.
- Highly dependable and able to work independently.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidates with a Class 3 valid driving license and a car would be preferred (Transport allowance is provided).
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
Salary Package:
- Total annual remuneration package up to 140K, depends on experience.
