Assist the Operation Manager on marketing, admin and support finance on financial data collection and updates.
Specific job responsibilities:
Marketing
- Assist with social and digital media.
- Assist with fundraising events and manage giving.sg and Facebook platforms
- Assist with data updates and statistics required for Annual Report
- Assist with AGM setup and sought for venue
Administration
- Manage insurance-related matters, e.g. renewal of comprehensive office insurance and staff insurance
- Maintenance of office area and manage the cleaning aunty
- Organize Digital name card for staff
- Other admin tasks such as copier paper, stationeries, courier, etc.
Grant
- Assist with application of government grant and subsequent submission of claims
Finance
- Assist with data updates
- Assist with billings and banking where necessary
- Assist with payments to vendors where necessary
- Act as a backup on all finance-related matters
Human Resources
Assist with updating staff training record
Assist with recruitment process
