Our client is a premier global institute in business and organization transformation. They are seeking an experienced leader to set-up and lead a centre which will be the go-to place for learning, therapy, healing for organizations, families, and personal relationships.
The key roles you will play include:
- Leader & Strategist: The strategy & development; people & organization; process & structure for the Relational Centre.
- Builder: set up two core focus:The Relational Network and System support system for consciousness transformation of systems.
Living Habits System support system for Organization Development with a focus on 7 Living Habits and Quantum Leadership assessment.
- Manager: Deploy internal (direct + collaborative) and external network to meet the Relational Centre objectives
- Scout: Maintain a curious and inquisitive eye over developing relational needs through network, research, self-learning, and development, always scanning the environment for opportunities to continue to put the organization at the forefront of OD and the well-being space.
The person we are seeking will likely have these competencies:
- PhD in Business, Organizational Psychology or other related field
- At least 12 - 15 years of experience with an excellent track record in managing a Human Resources organization, particularly in spearheading a large-scale organization transformation.
- Prior experience or knowledge in Neuropsychology and application of ancient wisdom into management practices will be an advantage.
- Experience in bridging research output to tangible solutions, especially in fast paced sectors and large complex organizations will be an advantage.
- Literacy in English (Written and Spoken) and Chinese (Spoken)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust.
- Ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then design or co-create corresponding solutions.
