Centre Administrator

Job Description:

  • Supporting and performing the daily administrative duties.
  • Process Centre expenses, invoices and other requests.
  • Record and summarize attendance and other related matters.
  • Handle the affairs arranged by the HOD / Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O levels or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams.
  • Proactive, independent, meticulous, organized, honest and a good team player.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and other languages.
