Responsibilities
- Co-develop an overall plan and objectives for the organisation’s marketing effort with the Head of Marketing
- Create and implement supporting content to ensure objectives are met
- Managing online presence for the company including identification of outreach opportunities, drafting of posts and content, alignment and clearance of content internally and with group Corp Comms. Key social channels include Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube
- Internal and external thought leadership liaison to support webinars
- Overall-in-charge for deployment of webinars, including pre-webinar engagement to drive attendance
- Management and implementation of budgets
- Consolidate and track all digital activities
- Provide updates on effectiveness and impact of activities
- Refine and revise plans to improve engagement and presence
- Write and proofread creative copy
- General administrative duties and reporting
- Presentation to Management, VIPs, internal and external forums when assigned
- Undertake other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks when assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Possess exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Able to work with multiple line of businesses/business units and stakeholders within ST Engineering to drive the execution of abovementioned marketing initiatives
- Inquisitive, self-motivated, able to handle multiple opportunities and projects concurrently
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, as well as collaboratively in a team
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
