- Support in Linux Product/Service lifecycle management including product phase-in and phase-out
- Support in internal customer communications, follow-ups, newsletters, open-hour sessions, promoting and community management by using low-code/no-code tools / online forms etc. efficient modern tools which increases productivity.
- Create PowerBI report or dashboards which reflects the status of our phase-out activities, incidents, requests and requirements.
- Track/monitor ongoing IT activities (e.g. internal customer queries, assisting in status reporting, etc.).
- Assist in the charging and cost analysis/reporting topics.
- Facilitating meetings/workshops within the department.
