Job Title: Command Centre Specialist
Deployment:
- Oversee the coordination and scheduling of personnel across various sites, utilizing monitoring systems for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and address any related issues such as lateness or absences in a timely manner.
- Manage security systems and monitor feeds for any incidents, ensuring a prompt response as necessary.
Administration:
- Handle incoming inquiries from personnel and clients, redirecting as needed with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with Payroll to resolve any payroll discrepancies for personnel.
- Ensure meticulous management of security documentation according to established procedures.
Incident Management:
- Document and report incidents promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Report incidents to management as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by superiors.
Working Hours:
- 8 hours a day, within a 24-hour period. 5-day work week shift from Monday to Sunday.
Additional Requirements:
- Preferred valid Class 3 driver's license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant industry.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Understanding of operational principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Familiarity with monitoring systems and computer operations.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
