- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (food & hygiene, use of cooking equipment, fire safety, WSH related matter etc.)
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
- Initiate and organize training of promoter and cooks.
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. left cooking stove unattended).
- Oversee installations, maintenance & rectification work by concessionaire, in relation to fire safety, safe work area etc.)
- Review existing company safety measures policies update according to legislation together with M&E, Security, HR & Administration Department.
- Any other job-related duties assigned by the Company or your superior.
