Talent Acquisition Executive
We are CO Wealth Advisory, a top performing agency of 18 years with AIA Singapore, deploying a Premier Wealth Services business model that has won us awards for High Net Worth, Corporate Solutions and MDRT agency for consecutive years.
As part of our business growth plans, we are looking to hire a capable Talent Acquisition Executive to support us in our recruitment efforts.
This is an in-house, full-time perm role with a basic salary plus commissions and performance bonus.
Responsibilities
- 360 role from talent sourcing, talent pipelining, and qualifying candidates, to arranging interviews and managing onboarding procedures.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition manager to develop and drive recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably for Sales, Marketing, BD, Account Management, Client Servicing or Financial Services roles.
- Possess a positive attitude and engaging personality, able to build rapport and maintain candidate relationships.
- Strong proficiency in the English language.
- Resourceful, meticulous, results-driven, and able to work independently.
