Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day of factory operations, which includes overseeing production crew of 4 members and driver, at times standing-in to guide and lead by example.
2. Handle and manage operational request from new customers (including project management of food kiosks logistics and manpower)
3. Business development activities such as involvement in new company initiatives and revenue growth strategy.
Skills & Competencies:
1.To learn how to focus on the operational aspect for the growth and business development of the company.
2. To learn how to use finance software such as quickbooks to analyse sales and purchase patterns for operational use.
3. To learn how to conduct stock take, monitor supplies based on customer order pattern, and coordinate with the various teams, including delivery drivers, production crew and sales team.
Requirements
- Have integrity and good initiative
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Willing to hands-on, guide and lead by example.
- Singaporean or PR, Mid Career
- Willing to go through training attachment program for 6 months (Salary will be nett cash payment with no CPF deduction during training attachment period)
- Driving license (manual) is a plus

- Factory is at Admiralty / Sembawang
- Working Hours: Mon-Sat
