We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive professional to join our accounting department. You should be a skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communicationrecord-keeping skills. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse and reporting of monthly reports (actual vs budget) and highlight any area of improvement.
- Preparation of monthly management reports and other financial reports required by management
- Handle full set of accounts, GST preparation and submission.
- Preparing invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders
- Responsible for the processing of staff claims, vendor payments and payroll
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of SOA to customers
- Monitor closely AR aging report and outstanding customers’ account via regular phone calls, email reminder, frequent communications with sales personnel and project managers
- Proactively follow up on customers’ queries, resolves any outstanding AR issues and invoices
- Liaise with auditors on the annual audit of financial statements
- Any adhoc projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree / Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or ACCA and equivalent with at least 3 years’ working experience
- Familiar with Xero Accounting Software
- Must have good working knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Words and Outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, well organized, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
