Job description:
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;
- Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of interim/final accounts
- Review documentation and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
- conduct cost analysis, budget control, measurement and collation of records at construction sites
- procurement, purchase materials & progress claim application.
Requirement:
- Degree of Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other construction related programs
- Experience with fitting out works highly preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
