- Reports to Project Manager
- Overall in-charge of all M&E activities for the project
- Managing all M&E schedule on site
- Submission of reports to consultant
- Oversees M&E works base on coordination
- Managing and motivate manpower to achieve the planned completion of installation
- Attending coordination meeting and room schedule meeting
- Attending site coordination meeting
- Planning of the whole project electrical schedule based on Master Programof the delivery
- Planning of the whole project electrical schedule based on Master Program
- Preparing variation works with documents for justification
- Attending meeting with Client for Progress of works
- Trouble shooting during testing & commissioning
- Review all M&E drawings and checks for compliance with specifications and regulations
Job requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in M&E works for high rise building projects for A1 MNC Construction firm
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Familiar in M&E site procedure
- 5.5 working days
