Responsibilities:
- Act as a proactive and trusted financial advisor to the business, identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and commentary.
- Perform month-end close processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
- Prepare financial performance reports to track and drive business performance, enabling strategic and operational decisions.
- Take ownership and accountability for the timely delivery of various regional reporting data sets and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Finance Tech Team leads to accurately report and explain variations in the IT Recovery Model for Technology Infrastructure Services.
- Participate in cross-functional project work to contribute to the strategic agenda.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team.
