Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Setup Processes, Workflows, Coordinate and conduct performance management activities, including goal setting (KPI & KRAs), performance reviews, and career development plans
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
- Manage Leave and Personal Records
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
