Tasks
- Grow R&S market share in EMC Test Solutions and OTA & Antenna Test Solutions
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to promote our high-end products and solutions in key target markets
- Regular interaction with international key customers & partners for early cooperation during solution development phase
- Identify market & competition trends and actively shape our product and pricing policy
- Responsible for delivering customer and sales training courses, writing technical descriptions and preparing sales documentation
- Contribute actively to customer and sales training as well as trade fairs
- Work in a multi-national and dynamic team to support our business globally
Qualifications
- Degree in electronics/electrical/communications engineering, or in a comparable field of study
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the field of Electronics, RF or wireless communications
- Knowledge and experience on EMC, OTA and Antenna test will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills - Good knowledge of technology, market, competition and customer requirements trends
- Action oriented, driven to deliver and solid interpersonal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel paired with intercultural competence (APAC and West Asia countries)
- Excellent English, and Chinese language skills in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and associates in the region
