Marketing Communications
- Responsible for strategic internal/external communications, media outreach, KOLs, events etc
- to improve public perception of the brand in Singapore and maximize category / retail
- sales
- Lead PR campaigns to support key campaign launches, working in collaboration with internal
- functions (Commercial, Operations, E-commerce etc) to achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage media queries, work in collaboration with relevant internal functions to respond and craft key messages
- Leverage on consumer insights to better understand consumer behaviour and perception so as
- to develop suitable marketing communication strategies that contribute to the growth of
- business
- Work closely with external agencies (when applicable) to deliver business and campaign objectives. Ensure key messages are in line with Guardian brand proposition
- Track and review campaign performance metrics to ensure delivery of ROI
- Collaborate with strategic suppliers on joint marketing programmes
- Manage and track marketing budgets Own Brand
- Support the ideation, development and implementation of communications strategy for Own Brand campaigns
- Drive the marketing communications of own brand launches to meet growth objectives
- Measure and evaluate effectiveness of launch campaigns CSR
- Be the CSR champion, to support and reinforce the company’s CSR agenda
- Supports and facilitates all CSR related activities, initiatives and campaigns
- Manage NGO relationships and be the contact point for any CSR opportunities
