Job Description
- To prepare, plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by management
- Build relationship with business counterpart(s) and attend to customers’ requirement
- Build and maintain contact with all customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Logistic department for logistic support
- Secure new businesses and maintain existing businesses in the assigned regions
- Undertake special assignments and projects assigned
- Knowledge in Stage desiging and 3D drawing
- Ensure production stays on schedule and produced quality products as per the planned schedule
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems
Job Scope
- Recognized Degree/Master Degree holder with minimum 3 years of Managerial working experiences.
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong selling and analytical skills – strategize and potentially lead and grow a team
- Business focused, self-motivated and driven
- Class 3 driving will be an added advantage
