- Utilize SolidWorks to design and modify product designs with precision and efficiency.
- Operate CNC milling machines using HyperMill CAM software to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Perform product assembly tasks to ensure the seamless integration of components.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to our valued customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for CAD design and modification.
- Experience operating CNC milling machines, specifically using HyperMill CAM software.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail for product assembly.
- Excellent communication skills in English or Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
