AXE THROWING OPERATIONS MANAGER!
Job scope
Primary:
- Managing of day to day operations.
- In charge of our coaches roster and manpower planning.
- Overall in charge of all staff, to manage them and run the day smoothly.
- Handling of backend booking system, customer's enquiries on bookings etc.
- Reports directly to the Founder & CEO.
- Guide and coach throwers on axe throwing safety and techniques.
- To share on axe throwing competition rules and guidelines.
- To facilitate competitions for throwers towards the end of their session.
- Daily checks on serviceability of equipment used.
- Basic upkeeping of cleanliness of our venue.
- Changing of target boards as and when needed.
- Able to work weekends.
- Ensuring good customer service so that our throwers enjoy their time with us.
Secondary:
- Sales of merchandise, food, drinks, and training packages.
- Stocktake.
- Servicing of in-house equipment.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
New hiring and placement.
A 1-day orientation and training will be provided for all employees for the above-mentioned job scopes.
