As an Regional Account Director – APAC, you will have operational and financial responsibility for client engagements and partnerships through the strategic application of Company and client resources. You will develop and implement business plans, processes, strategy, and skills to improve service delivery and engagement success. As a consultative partnership leader, you will seek and pursue opportunities to advance the scope of services offered.


You will be the primary owner of the budget, forecast and profit & loss management for your assigned account and you will foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with key client.


You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing client relationships, managing client expectations, and providing innovative solutions to solve client needs
  • Managing account performances to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are exceeded
  • Taking responsibility for delivering a prescribed budget for own area of the organization
  • Communicate client needs to the team and relevant Randstad Sourceright internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Escalation management, ensure timely resolution, direct corrective action as needed
  • Leading and implementing continuous process improvement activities
  • Building own capabilities and developing the capabilities of direct reports by working within an existing development framework
  • Coaching and mentoring team to meet service level(s) required and ensure best practice process is followed
  • Provide induction, development, reward, and succession planning

What will you bring?

  • Proven track record of management experience in the recruitment industry in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sectors
  • Experience working with outsourcing programs and knowledge of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and/or initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and people management skills
  • Good understanding of the labour market
  • Energetic personality, strong business development acumen
  • Role requires to work with different stakeholders across different countries, strong verbal and written communication skills in English language will be essential
