The Opportunity

  • Working with well-establish retail (FMCG) company
  • Working Hour: Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30pm to 5.30pm
  • Location: East

The Talent

  • A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least with internship experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in retail or F&B industry.
  • Knowledge of POS, Kiosks, Customer Loyalty and Lease Management system is an advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The Job

  • Assist Project Manager in leading, managing and implementing assigned projects related to POS, Kiosks, Customer Loyalty and Lease Management system.
  • Work closely with the program manager, project manager, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the projects.
  • Provide first level support, coordinate user acceptance testing, user training, user change management, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and technical aspects of the assigned projects.
  • Serve as the single point of contact and liaise with other supporting teams where required.
  • Undertake project activities and maintenance operations required for successful execution and completion of assigned projects.
  • Execute assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Lead and participate in design specifications and prototype workshops.
  • Manage risks and issues as and when required.
  • Convey and clarify requirements with vendors, review their deliverables to ensure functional and technical requirements are met and addressed.
  • Perform a variety of project administrative duties, including disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the achievement of project activities, developing and maintaining project deliverables.
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related activities.
  • Organize project committee meetings and prepare the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, minutes and other meeting collateral.
  • Transcribe and accurately record key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.
