Job description
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
- Ensure timely submission of statutory survey and all legislated paid leave claims (maternity leave, paternity leave, child care leave, NS claims, FWL claims etc.)
- Assist in the recruitment activities including screening of resumes, scheduling interviews and job postings
- Prepare HR documents (employment contract, confirmation letter, staff employment verification letter, etc)
- Process payroll and ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely delivery of the payroll
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- Insurance Claims for WICA and Medical
- Assist HR Manager during performance appraisal period
- Assist in the administration of staff benefits and welfare activities and provide support for company events
- Handle office related administrative duties such as office facilities maintenance, purchasing of pantry supplies, liaising with vendors (cleaning service/ building management)
- Manage business-related travel arrangements, including hotel and air tickets bookings and visa applications, if any
- Verifying and processing of invoices from external parties
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- ITE/A Level/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Preferably 1-3 years experience
- Those without experience can apply. On the job training shall be provided
- Strong numerical with exceptional attention to detail
- A team player with a passion for human resource and administrative work
- Knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, IRAS and best practices.
- Familiar with Sage or Infotech Payroll System is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to converse in mandarin is an added advantage

Salary: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
