Responsibilities:
Campaign and Event Execution
- Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns (ATL- Above the line / BTL - Below the line) to drive awareness and leads. You will be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.
- Plan and launch virtual and physical events that include webinars, roundtables, conferences, tradeshows, VIP visits etc.
- Execution of online and offline marketing campaigns in line with the objectives and positioning set out in the marketing plan
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all initiatives are launched in an organized and timely manner
- Analyse performance for each event or campaign to track achievement of success metrics and determine areas for improvement
GTM (Go-to-market) Marketing Content Creation
- Plan content to drive the ST Engineering e-Services story and ensure relevance and effectiveness across initiatives.
- Develop and manage sales enablement (presentation, brochures, videos and other marketing materials that supports the process of selling and increase the market mindshare)
- Collaborate with the various business leaders to drive awareness and/or demand generation for events, campaigns, and other initiatives for their solutions and products.
Digital Marketing
- Keep ahead of digital trends and platforms, identifying new opportunities for leadership engagement through relevant content and leading the development of digital channel strategies to support the business’s objectives.
- Manage digital marketing agencies on media/advertising campaigns including digital adaptations, paid social content to maximise reach and awareness.
Marketing Support
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure governance of ST Engineering brand voice and visual guidelines on customer-facing marketing/media assets.
- Assist in other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields with 3-5 years relevant working experience in Marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, enthusiastic, hands-on self-starter with effective planning, coordination and project management skills
- Experience in event management and knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
