Job Summary
The role is accountable for end to end recruitment support for all assigned positions for the group. This includes manpower planning, defining sourcing strategies, executing selection approaches and on-boarding new hires.
Job Description
· Be the lead in recruitment campaigns.
· Work with hiring manager/HR teams to firm up hiring needs.
· Define, leverage and manage suitable sourcing channels effectively.
· Partners hiring manager/HR teams and facilitate and manage the selection process.
· Follow through all required administration and paperwork.
· Responsible for recruitment metrics status reporting and highlight and resolve any challenges proactively.
· Collate, evaluate and report on market intelligence on human resources movements, competitor intelligence etc.
· Participate in key recruitment/HR projects to strengthen the recruitment capability of the group.
Cooperation & Communication
· Serve as a point of contact for stakeholder group (e.g. BG/BU leads).
· Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholder group.
· Be the governance in recruiting strategy, policies, procedures and “marketing messages”.
· Good team player and facilitate cross-team flow of information on tools and processes.
Relationships
· Internal: Recruitment/HR team members and business/project stakeholders.
· External: Channels/Sources (Universities, Search Firms, Internet Job Boards, Alumni, etc.) Recruiting and/or HR organization.
Qualification
· A Degree in any specialization with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
· A combination of In-house and external recruitment preferred.
· Proven experience in hiring senior roles across different functional and technical areas.
· Prior working experience in soft commodities, supply chain and manufacturing domains will be advantageous.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Adaptable and flexible.
