Must have photo realistic 3D renderings skills.
Excellent knowledge of 3D software applications such as Maya8, Mental Ray, V Ray and Adobe CS3 Photoshop.
Good command in both English & Mandarin.
Good design sense.

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Required skill(s): AUTOCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop & MS Office.
