Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Manage regional accounts and lead business reviews and review KPI to enhance customer satisfaction
- Prepare for bids to ensure successful RFQ processes with customers.
- Source vendors for cost reduction plans and provide operational advice to meet customer requirements.
- Resolve customers' concerns within specified timelines and escalate issues if necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Business or equivalent
- Able to work well under fast paced environment
