Job scope:
• Responsible for leading the staff in achieving the sales target and ensure that the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising all bookstore staffs
• Manage store manpower, plan duty schedule and assign works to fellow staffs in accordance with operational requirements.
• Procure and source for Chinese books. Create and maintain data of Chinese books in system. Plan, purchase, monitor, and take necessary actions for Chinese books inventory.
• Handling customers feedback and equiries.
• Responsible for inventory level, and replenish and/or return of stock promptly.
• Implement and facilitate store operations, merchandising and marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for cash control of the store, including banking of daily sales.
• Responsible for daily / monthly sales reports and related documentations.
• Involve in budget planning.
• Ensuring that all store cash, security and safety procedures are being observed.
• Perform any other duty and responsibilities as assigned by GM

Job requirements:
- At least 2 years retail management experience
- Candidates with bookstore experience will be a plus
- Able to attend to both English and Chinese speaking customers
- Working shifts on weekends and PHs
