We are looking for a passionate and results-driven F&B Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving foot traffic into our outlets, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing customer loyalty through effective CRM initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive foot traffic into our outlets, increase brand awareness, and generate revenue growth.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing, to reach our target audience effectively.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collaterals, including promotional materials, menus, signage, and advertisements, that resonate with our brand identity and drive customer engagement.
- Utilize data analytics and market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for growth, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage the company's CRM system to effectively capture and analyze customer data, segment the customer base, and develop personalized marketing initiatives to drive repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, track key metrics such as foot traffic, sales conversion, customer retention, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to maximize public relations opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:
