The Job:
- Compensation Management: Oversee the compensation process including market survey data analysis, salary benchmarking, and salary review cycles.
- Training Administration: Assist in training administration matters to ensure effective implementation of training programs.
- Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, and retention strategies.
- Payroll Administration: Conduct payroll checking to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
The Talent:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in compensation & benefits management is required
