Our client is a leading channel partner for games and entertainment software in Asia. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Executive to be part of their Finance team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portion of accounts, encompassing intercompany charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, and general ledger maintenance.
- Swiftly address and resolve accounting backlogs to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to reconcile outstanding entries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and current financial records in compliance with company standards.
- Support the Finance team by furnishing required documentation and assistance during financial audits.
- Aid in the preparation of schedules and reports for external auditors.
- Foster effective communication with internal teams, facilitating information gathering and resolution of financial issues.
- Provide clear and concise updates on the status of backlogs and audit-related tasks.
- Organize and maintain documents with meticulous filing.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience.
