Our client looking for a Customer Service Assistant (6 months contract) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks like organizing personnel schedules and making travel arrangements.
- Keep communication smooth between engineers and management by managing service reports and expenses.
- Assist with operations by preparing cost sheets, quotes, and invoices.
- Maintain records in Navision and report to higher-ups as needed.
- Coordinate service for Asia Pacific customers in other regions.
- Manage customer accounts and oversee order fulfillment.
- Deal with customer inquiries and escalate issues as required.
- Work with the factory on parts and delivery logistics.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and prompt delivery after receiving orders.
- Check documentation for warranty claims and arrange warranty service visits.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Invoice & Admin relevant experiences.
