Customer Service Assistant - 6 months contract / West

Our client looking for a Customer Service Assistant (6 months contract) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks like organizing personnel schedules and making travel arrangements.
  • Keep communication smooth between engineers and management by managing service reports and expenses.
  • Assist with operations by preparing cost sheets, quotes, and invoices.
  • Maintain records in Navision and report to higher-ups as needed.
  • Coordinate service for Asia Pacific customers in other regions.
  • Manage customer accounts and oversee order fulfillment.
  • Deal with customer inquiries and escalate issues as required.
  • Work with the factory on parts and delivery logistics.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and prompt delivery after receiving orders.
  • Check documentation for warranty claims and arrange warranty service visits.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Invoice & Admin relevant experiences.
