Our client is Singapore’s leading sustainability-driven energy company. They are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join their Sales and Operations team to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Working days: Work 4 days per week including both weekends
Working Hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm
Responsibility:
- Handle operational matters, collaborating with the sales team for effective sales fulfillment.
- Generate Sales Orders, call center, and online orders.
- Ensure excellent service, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, liaising with the Commercial team.
- Other ad-hoc duties or reassignments as required
Requirements:
- Minimum O level qualification.
- Preferably 1-2years with relevant experience
- Computer literate
