This role is part of a high priority talent pipeline for Singtel. In this role, you will lead the strategic transformation efforts for Singtel Singapore, focused on process/productivity improvement and change management. You will need to leverage data to diagnose, conceptualize and plan for implementation of strategic initiatives across the organisation to achieve transformation objectives, acting as a thought partner to business units and the leadership team, and driving adoption of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to optimise organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

We are looking for a strong lead and problem solver, with the ability to shift seamlessly between strategy, consulting, employee engagement and change management. You will collaborate and build strong relationship with stakeholders across functions and facilitate discussions and decision making at different levels of the organisation.

To be successful, you have a strong people leadership track record, a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, effective quantitative and communication skills, and the tenacity to take on the challenges while working collaboratively across the organization.


Make an Impact by


Working cross functionally with senior stakeholders to deliver high impact projects and program manage the transformation for the business. You will also present to leadership when required.


Advancing Business Performance

  • Set annual objectives, quarterly milestones, and drive strategy and operational excellence.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs to track effectiveness of initiatives / program impact.
  • Align the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and identify improvement opportunities within the business.
  • Be a thought partner to the leadership team to provide objective, business critical analysis and insights to advocate, challenge, and enable business decisions.
  • Seek and bring in external best practices, including conducting research, testing emerging ideas and technologies, to identify effective strategies and solutions to achieve transformation objectives.

Driving Strategic Initiatives

  • Conduct data-driven business analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence priorities, work alongside business unit teams to ensure priorities are met.
  • Escalate & frame issues to resolve on transformation priorities.
  • Pilot and scale key productivity improvement initiatives for Singtel Singapore

Leading Change Management

  • Lead change management process including regular pulse surveys.

Skills for Success


To excel in this role, you should have:


Education and Qualifications:

  • A recognized degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, IT or Engineering.

Work Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong network within Singtel Singapore
  • Experience developing and understanding business strategy.

Technical / Professional Skills:

  • Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
  • Experience developing and understanding business strategy.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformations covering multiple workstreams including organisation, IT, capex, and change management.
  • Understanding of survey methodologies & analyses using Qualtrics dashboard

Non-Technical / Soft Skills:

  • Experience working in complex organizations, working cross-functionally, and developing strong organizational relationships.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
