Responsibilities
- Implementing and configuring Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related applications.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations on Office 365 solutions to meet business needs.
- Manage the operational aspects of IT Systems to meet the system’s specifications and operational availability requirements
- Manage IT projects and ensure that projects produce the required results. It includes planning, monitoring, and implementing the project deliverables.
- Ensure server OS / firmware / hypervisor, Windows workstations Patching Compliance and adhere to company security policy
- Review and remediate vulnerabilities with security team arising from vulnerability scans
- Configuring and managing Active Directory, ADFS, DNS server and DHCP server.
- Manage systems obsolescence and make necessary plans for system tech refresh/upgrade
- Review technical documentation to verify compliance, recommend system improvements/enhancements and establish architectural standards and guidelines
- Support various audit activities, such as reviewing and preparing compliance documentation and participating in actual audits
- Maintain and review operational procedures supporting the systems’ operations
- Support or conduct DR BCP exercise and other incident recovery/response requirement
- Drive automation to improve operational efficiency and enhance server/AD security
- Collaborate within teams to implement projects, assess existing infrastructure and propose improvement.
- Installation and configuration of SQL databases
- · Perform VM backup, snapshots, data backup and backup operations to ensure data integrity and availability
- · Develop PC image in compliance with company security standard.
- · Provide after office hour stand-by support in weekly rotating basis.
Minimum Level of Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computing or related studies.
- Minimum 9 years of experience
- MCSE and Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate preferred
- Ability to manage, upgrade, configure and setup VMware ESX 5.5 and the latest version.
- · Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP
- · Experienced in implementing and maintaining Windows 2008/2012/2016 and LINUX physical and virtual servers.
- Experienced in the setup, configuring and managing Active Directory, ADFS, DNS server and DHCP server.
- Knowledge on SAN storage using HP 3PAR SAN storage and SAN switch.
- Knowledge on configuring and setup of Infoblox.
- Knowledge and some hand-on experience on Splunk.
- Knowledge on change management (ITIL)
- Knowledge on LANDESK management software.
- Experience in implementing Mobileiron (Mobile Device Management) is preferred.
- Experience in design and implementing O365 is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
